Not what I remember. I used to love Wahoo's but haven't been to one in years. Came back and ordered a Wahoo's salad with grilled fish. The fish was hard and dry.

Pretty good food, would I call it authentic Mexican? No, but I would call it tasty and healthy. I would say this is much better flavor and quality then many similar competitors chain restaurants. If you want some non greasy healthy but mild fish Tacos give the place a try. It's not to die for, but you won't be disappointed either.

Wahoo's is always fresh and yummy and the staff is great. I used to frequent the original location in Costa Mesa back in the early 90's and it tastes just as good today. Delicious!
